By hiring services from Webelix Agency, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
Webelix Agency offers digital services including web design and development, SEO positioning, email marketing, digital advertising, domain and hosting management, and web analytics.
The specific details of each service, scope and deliverables will be detailed in the individual proposal sent to each client.
Payment terms are established in each service proposal. Generally:
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal and cryptocurrency.
Each project includes revisions within the agreed scope. Changes outside the original scope may generate additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon before execution.
Once the final payment is received, the client receives full rights to the delivered final product. Webelix Agency reserves the right to display the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee from final delivery. If the project does not meet what was agreed in the original brief, we will make corrections at no cost.
Webelix Agency is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from improper use of the delivered products, changes made by the client after delivery, or external circumstances beyond our control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts.
